You have probably seen and enjoyed our paper catalog. That catalog
continues to give you a simple, compact introduction to our product
line. But the Web is a more effective communication channel than
traditional paper. So from October 1998 onward, our Web site supplants
our printed catalog as your comprehensive, up-to-date, authoritative
customer reference manual.

For an introduction to our values — our adaptability, our passion for
quality — press "About Us."

For an introduction to potentiometers — including rotation
characteristics, marking of component housings and order lead
times — press "FAQs."

For information on custom-built potentiometers, press "Product Specs."

For information on potentiometers entering our warehouse, press
"Product Specs." The information displayed under
"Stock List" is designed as a good, but not as an infallible, guide
to actual up-to-the-minute component availability.

Since our fabrication capabilities continue to expand, we anticipate
updating "Product Specs" a few times a year. Since our warehouse stock
is continually changing, we anticipate updating "Stock List" many
times a month.

For communicating with us directly over the Web, press "Request Forms."
You'll then have a choice between a quotation-request form,
a technical information-request form, or a general inquiry form (in case
you have an open-ended question). But don't hesitate to use
traditional e-mail, fax, or phone if you prefer. No matter where you
roam in our site, you'll find traditional-channels contact information
at the foot of your browser screen.

After you press "Product Specs" or "Stock List," you'll get a further button, giving
you the option of splitting your browser screen and invoking the online
forms. When your browser is in split-screen mode, product information
appears in an upper screen panel, with a order or query form in a
lower screen panel. You'll find those panels resizable with a vertical
movement of your workstation mouse. You'll also see a button in the
upper panel giving you the option of dismissing the lower panel — in
other words, of returning you to the unsplit view. Any information you
have typed into your lower-panel form, however, will be lost upon
dismissal unless you first press the bottom-of-form "Submit" button.

If your browser does not support frames, you will be unable to use the
split-screen view, but will still be able to use the online forms in
unsplit mode.
